These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply to the use of the p99 platform and all its services. p99 (hereinafter "we", "the Company") is an international online betting and gaming platform operated at https://p99.plus.

By using our website or mobile app, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

The following individuals are also not permitted to register on p99:

• Citizens or residents of countries where online betting is completely prohibited.
• P99 employees and their immediate family members.
• Anyone who has previously been banned from p99.
• Those who have voluntarily self-excluded under our responsible gaming policy.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on p99 — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, and slots.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical issue or system error, p99 reserves the right to void the affected bets. If a match is abandoned or suspended, the related bets will be refunded in accordance with the relevant sports rules.

Deposits and withdrawals at p99 are available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Daily withdrawal limit for standard members: ৳1,00,000
• Withdrawal time: Typically 2–4 hours (once KYC is complete)
• The account used for withdrawals must be the same as the one used for deposits.
• Deposits or withdrawals made in a third party's name are not accepted.

If a deposit fails or is delayed, please notify our support team immediately with the transaction reference number. p99 does not charge any deposit processing fees, though payment gateway charges may apply.

All bonuses and promotional offers at p99 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Accepting a bonus means you agree to these terms.

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus has its own wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x the bonus amount). Withdrawals are not available until this requirement is met.
• Bonus validity: Most bonuses are valid for 30 days. If the wagering requirement is not met within this period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Sports Betting Bonus: Generally applies to bets with minimum odds of 1.50.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts or other means will result in account termination.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on p99. Violating these rules may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Betting by exploiting match-fixing or any insider information.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or incorrect odds.
• Any attempt at hacking, phishing, or other forms of cyberattack.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using p99 for money laundering or any form of illicit financial activity.
• Betting using bots or automated software.
• Harassing or being abusive toward the support team.

P99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• False or incomplete registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or suspicion of fraud.
• If identified as a minor.
• By order of a court or at the request of a regulatory authority.

You can also close your account at any time — simply email our support team with your request. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
